Damage boxes

Ordered 2 boxes, OP-07 & OP-08, both came in a little bit damaged but according to the person I spoke to via email they said all boxes come in damaged from the supplier. Would have been nice to have gotten good boxes for my collection but oh well, will have to look elsewhere for collection boxes instead. Will use Sakura for boxes to rip open instead

Hello, yours aren't really damaged as the photos you showed are where the tape is to seal the boxes. Almost every box of one piece has this same 'issue'. It is because they use tape to seal the boxes vs wrap. You will get the same issues from anywhere you shop. This is a Bandai issue unfortunately. Even opening sealed cases(most of our boxes are sealed cases), they yield the same 'issue'. Hopefully Bandai will switch over to just a plastic wrap vs this tape. This also goes for Dragon ball, and other TCGs Bandai makes:/

“Damaged” but no damage found

Purchased a “damaged box” of OP-08 JP. Upon receiving my item, I was unable to find any issues with the box or the cards/packs. Will buy again soon!
