2. How does The Sakura Nexus work?

As a member, you pay a monthly subscription fee to enjoy exclusive benefits such as discounted prices, priority access to pre-orders, and bundled shipping options.

~Sealed case priority for members. What does this mean? All extra sealed cases will go to members first if members order a case amount of boxes. UNLESS we state a guarantee. Then non members will get cases as well. This goes for pre orders, and current releases.

5. How do I purchase a membership?

Visit our website to subscribe. Please note that memberships are a recurring monthly charge. You can pause or cancel anytime, which allows you to finish out the remaining 31 days of your membership without being billed again.


6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! You can cancel or pause your membership at any time. Once canceled, your membership will remain active for the rest of your billing cycle but will not renew.


7. Does membership guarantee I can purchase a hot drop?

No, purchasing a membership does not guarantee access to hot drops. If you are buying a membership solely for that reason, we do not recommend subscribing. Memberships are non-refundable.


8. Is there a free trial available?

We currently do not offer a free trial, but we have a promotion where your first month is only $20! If you are unsatisfied, you can cancel at any time.
