BEST ONLINE SHOP OUT THERE I PROMISE. I placed an order for a few items and upon delivery of the package one of the items was unfortunately missing. I emailed Sakuras about the issue and they promptly responded to confirm what item was missing. Within a couple of hours I received an email with an order confirmation for the missing item free of charge, no shipping costs either! I have been ordering from this shop since the beginning of the year and this has been the only hiccup, and it was resolved within a matter of a couple hours and with great understanding of the situation. And yes, the products that did get delivered, had bangers in them. Trust me, Sakuras is the best out there. -G.S.
