Response to previous misinformation with direct email was rude. Could go a different way to communicate what happened and how could be done better.

Hello, we email everyone who gives us a 1 star review. You had left a bad review because the package 'took too long'. We checked your order and noticed you ordered during a restock. We emailed you about the issue as all restocks take 5-7 business days to process. We completed the order within 5 business days as we promised. We weren't rude in any email. We simply pointed out that you agreed to TaC which means you acknowledged the delay. So we were confused on why we got a 1 star review over shipping when we did meet that expectation we set, and you acknowledged. I'm sorry if it came off rude. But there was no rude intentions.

Takes way too long to ship out
We disclosed in the header that there was going to be a delay as we just moved locations. It's on every page.
Package came in great condition and quickly! Definitely will buy more products in the future.
