Hello, we email everyone who gives us a 1 star review. You had left a bad review because the package 'took too long'. We checked your order and noticed you ordered during a restock. We emailed you about the issue as all restocks take 5-7 business days to process. We completed the order within 5 business days as we promised. We weren't rude in any email. We simply pointed out that you agreed to TaC which means you acknowledged the delay. So we were confused on why we got a 1 star review over shipping when we did meet that expectation we set, and you acknowledged. I'm sorry if it came off rude. But there was no rude intentions.
