Hello Alex! The delivery was not our fault. We explained the situation. Our postal guy picks the packages up and scans them. Then someone at the facility miss scans them as delivered. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it, and it is a common issue but out of undress-over 1000 packages this has happened to, all have been delivered.
I do apologize about not seeing the email. We have a lot going on including new construction and my wife is close to going into labor. I did reply back just now, and offered a partial refund. I do apologize for not seeing the email.
