This is somewhat false, you're claiming 'product never received' but you did receive half of the order. We are all human and one item was missing. I have been sick the last 3 days so I have not made it into the office to get the missing item out. We all make mistakes. But claiming you didn't receive the order is not accurate. You're only missing 1 box.
