No, having an active Nexus membership does not guarantee product from every new release. Availability is determined by our stock allocation.

As a Nexus member, you’ll have access to select products and collector’s items at wholesale prices. While prices may vary based on market conditions, this exclusive benefit ensures you’re always getting the best deal possible.
Nexus memberships are available on a monthly, quarterly, six-month, or yearly basis, giving you flexibility to choose the plan that best suits your needs. You may cancel at any time; however, all payments are non-refundable once processed.
1. Higher Free Shipping Threshold – Free shipping for Nexus members is set at $500 instead of $200. This is because members receive wholesale pricing, leaving minimal margins to cover shipping costs.
2. No Installment Payment Options – Members cannot use installment plans because we are charged an 8% processing fee, which exceeds our profit margins on wholesale-priced orders. Abuse of installment options could force us to remove this payment method entirel for everyone, as it negatively impacts our business.

Perks such as product access, promotions, and giveaways are subject to change at any time based on market conditions and distributor allocations.
3. Nexus Changes:
Membership perks may change at any time. However, members will be notified in advance before any adjustments take effect. Our goal is to balance the best experience for our customers while maintaining the sustainability of the business.
4. No Refund Policy:
All Nexus membership payments are non-refundable, regardless of the billing cycle selected (monthly, quarterly, six-month, or yearly). Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, even if you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your billing period.
5. Acknowledgment of Terms:
By joining Nexus, you acknowledge that membership does not guarantee access to any specific product or offer. All purchases remain subject to availability.
