USPS showed 'accepted at post office' on 01/01/2025 which is impossible as USPS didn't work that day, and we were out of state on vacation. We even showed this in a screenshot. Our usps will not scan packages as we drop them off at the back dock. We have also shown this process and detailed why they don't.
