Hello, I'm not sure how the customer service was 'bad'. You placed an order and immediately asked to cancel it. I told you I can but would have to charge a 5% fee. This fee covers the processing fees we are charged as soon as you place the order. This hurts our business. You expected me to lose money because of buyers remorse. I explained to you why we charge a fee. You agreed and then went off saying you'll never recommend my shop or buy from me ever again.
