This was a gift for a friend and they opened it. I asked how they liked the Pikachu card and she said that it wasn’t but a booster box instead. After digging through the website, she had more than the cost value of the Pikachu but still dissapointed of not receiving it.
We were never offered a chance for resolution. This person just left us a bad review without reaching out so we can fix this mistake.
