I love sakura cardshop I've had great experiences in the past but this time around was completely different. They took almost 20 days to ship out and deliver my order. I follow the socials and they did state they were having delays but only for the team rocket and other new stuff. I ordered Heat Wave which has been out for quite sometime so I attempted to contact them to see what was going on with my order but they completely ignored my email. Atleast I did FINALLY receive my package but man 20 days of waiting was pretty sorry shipping time. I will buy again from you guys in the future I just hope you can learn and adapt from the experience with me and don't take my rating to hard at heart.
